FiLoCon Does Not Own, Control Or Guarantee The Third Party Websites, Stores, Social Media Accounts, Products Or Services That Users May Link To Through Their Profiles.

2. Eligibility

You Must Provide Accurate Information When Creating Your Account.

You Must Be Legally Capable Of Entering Into A Binding Agreement In Your Country Of Residence.

If You Are Using FiLoCon On Behalf Of A Business, Organisation Or Other Entity, You Confirm That You Have The Authority To Accept These Terms On Its Behalf.

3. Creating And Managing Your Account

You Are Responsible For Maintaining The Confidentiality Of Your Login Details And For All Activities Conducted Through Your Account.

You Must Not Share Your Account Credentials In A Way That Allows Another Person To Misuse Your Account.

You Must Notify FiLoCon Promptly If You Believe Your Account Has Been Accessed Without Your Permission.

You Are Responsible For Ensuring That Information Published On Your Profile Remains Accurate And Up To Date.

FiLoCon Reserves The Right To Reject, Suspend Or Remove Accounts That Violate These Terms Or Present A Risk To The Platform, Its Users Or Third Parties.

4. Your FiLoCon Profile

Your FiLoCon Profile May Be Publicly Accessible Depending On Your Settings And The Features You Use.

You Are Responsible For The Information, Images, Links, Products And Other Content You Publish Through Your Profile.

You Must Have The Necessary Rights And Permissions To Publish Any Content You Upload.

You Must Not Use Another Person's Identity, Brand, Business Information Or Intellectual Property Without Proper Authorisation.

FiLoCon Does Not Guarantee That Information Published By Users Is Accurate, Complete Or Reliable.

5. User Content

User Content Includes Text, Images, Profile Information, Links, Product Information, Descriptions And Other Materials Submitted, Uploaded Or Published By You.

You Retain Ownership Of Content That You Own.

By Publishing Content On FiLoCon, You Grant FiLoCon A Non Exclusive, Worldwide, Royalty Free Licence To Host, Store, Reproduce, Display, Format, Modify Where Necessary For Technical Purposes, And Distribute That Content Solely As Necessary To Operate, Maintain, Improve And Promote The FiLoCon Services.

This Licence Ends Within A Reasonable Period After You Remove The Relevant Content Or Close Your Account, Except Where Retention Is Required By Law, Necessary For Legitimate Business Purposes, Or Required To Resolve Disputes Or Enforce These Terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

You Must Not Use FiLoCon To:

2. Defraud, Deceive, Scam Or Mislead Other People.
3. Impersonate Another Person, Business Or Organisation.
4. Publish Content That Infringes Another Person's Copyright, Trademark, Privacy Or Other Legal Rights.
5. Distribute Malware, Viruses Or Other Harmful Software.
6. Attempt To Gain Unauthorised Access To FiLoCon Or Another User's Account.
7. Abuse, Harass, Threaten Or Intentionally Harm Other Users.
8. Publish Fraudulent Investment, Financial, Employment, Business Or Commercial Offers.
9. Use FiLoCon To Promote Products Or Services That Are Illegal Or Prohibited Under Applicable Law.
10. Manipulate, Abuse Or Interfere With FiLoCon's Systems, Security Or Normal Operation.
11. Use Automated Methods To Scrape, Copy Or Collect Information From FiLoCon Without Permission.
12. Use FiLoCon In A Way That Could Damage The Reputation, Security Or Operation Of The Platform.

FiLoCon May Remove Content Or Restrict Accounts That It Reasonably Believes Violate These Rules.

FiLoCon Allows Users To Add Links To External Websites And Services.

These Websites Are Controlled By Third Parties And Are Not Owned Or Operated By FiLoCon.

FiLoCon Is Not Responsible For The Content, Security, Availability, Products, Services, Transactions Or Policies Of Third Party Websites.

You Access Third Party Websites At Your Own Risk.

Users May Be Able To Display Products, Stores, Affiliate Links Or Other Commercial Links On Their FiLoCon Profiles.

FiLoCon Does Not Automatically Endorse, Verify Or Guarantee Any Product, Seller, Store, Affiliate Offer Or Commercial Opportunity Displayed By A User.

Users Are Solely Responsible For Ensuring That Their Commercial Activities Comply With Applicable Laws And Advertising Requirements.

If You Promote An Affiliate Product Or Service, You Are Responsible For Making Any Disclosure Required By Applicable Law Or The Relevant Affiliate Programme.

FiLoCon Is Not Responsible For Purchases, Payments, Deliveries, Refunds, Product Quality Or Disputes Between Users And Third Party Sellers.

You May Not Copy, Reproduce, Modify, Distribute, Sell, Reverse Engineer Or Exploit FiLoCon's Intellectual Property Without Prior Written Permission, Except Where Such Use Is Permitted By Law.

Nothing In These Terms Transfers Ownership Of FiLoCon's Intellectual Property To You.

Termination Does Not Remove Any Rights Or Obligations That Are Intended To Continue After Termination.

FiLoCon May Remove, Restrict Or Disable Access To Content That We Reasonably Believe:

2. Violates Applicable Law.
3. Infringes Intellectual Property Rights.
4. Creates A Security Risk.
5. Is Fraudulent, Misleading Or Harmful.

Where Appropriate, Users May Be Given An Opportunity To Appeal Or Provide Relevant Information About A Content Removal Decision.

15. No Guarantee Of Results

FiLoCon Is A Digital Identity And Online Presence Platform.

We Do Not Guarantee That Using FiLoCon Will Result In Increased Followers, Customers, Sales, Employment Opportunities, Website Traffic, Business Growth, Affiliate Income Or Any Other Financial Or Professional Outcome.

Any Results From Using The Platform Depend On Many Factors Outside FiLoCon's Control.

16. Disclaimer

To The Maximum Extent Permitted By Applicable Law, FiLoCon Is Provided On An As Available And As Is Basis.

We Do Not Guarantee That The Platform Will Be Completely Accurate, Secure, Reliable, Uninterrupted Or Free From Errors.

Nothing In These Terms Prevents You From Exercising Any Legal Rights Available To You Under Applicable Law.

20. Governing Law
